Wessex Conveyancing Services will provide you with an estimate of the total cost of Conveyancing for your particular transaction at the outset whether it be a sale, purchase or Re-mortgage. This will include search fees, Land Registry fees, Bank telegraphic transfer fee and stamp Duty Land Tax if applicable. There are no extra hidden charges for attendances telephone calls, postage etc. and we do not charge additonal fees for dealing with your Mortgage.
